YEPHALL answers common questions about ordering made-to-order installation art lighting and crystal chandeliers — custom size, lead time, shipping, installation, materials and warranty. For a project-specific answer, use the quote form.
Send a design reference (YC number or images) and basic room details through the quote form at yephall.com/quote. YEPHALL replies within 24–72 hours with a tailored quotation. After you approve design direction and pay the deposit, the atelier prepares 1:1 drawings and samples before production.
No. A series number, a reference image, or a short description of the room is enough to start. Approximate ceiling height and preferred materials help; exact drawings come later.
No. YEPHALL lighting is made to order. The collection shows original designs that can be adapted in size and finish for your space.
Yes. Collection designs are starting points. Diameter, drop, density of elements, and colour/finish are discussed against your ceiling height and palette, then confirmed in drawings and material samples before making begins.
Before production, YEPHALL prepares full-scale design drawings (and samples where needed) so proportions, ceiling relationship and installation requirements are agreed with you — nothing is made until that approval.
Both paths work. Start from a YEPHALL series or share a brief/reference. The studio develops an installation art lighting composition around your room either way.
Handcrafting typically takes about 60–90 days after design, materials and drawings are approved and production is released. Shipping time is additional and depends on destination and carrier.
On production release after approvals — not on the first enquiry email. Complex hotel lobby lighting or atypical engineering can sit outside a simple estimate; ask for a project-specific schedule in your quotation.
Yes. Pieces are export-crated, documented and insured, then shipped by your preferred carrier where available. Confirm Incoterms, duties and site access in the quotation.
Crated to export standard — modular when needed for safe transit. YEPHALL sends inspection photos/video of the finished, lit piece for sign-off before packing.
Your electrical/contractor team (or a local partner YEPHALL can recommend in some regions). YEPHALL supplies rigging and wiring drawings and provides remote guidance. Structural load capacity is the project team’s responsibility — share constraints early.
Clear height, fixture footprint, mounting type, weight limits, voltage/frequency, control protocol if any, and access path for crates. That information shapes hotel lobby lighting scale and hanging hardware.
Depending on the composition: handmade glass, cut and polished crystal, ceramic/bone china, glaze, and brass or other metal structure. Small variations in handmade glass and crystal are normal.
No. Some compositions emphasise crystal; others glass, ceramic or mixed media. All are approached as installation art lighting — a hanging art composition for one room — not as generic catalogue fixtures.
Yes, with interior designers and project teams. Share programme, schedule and technical constraints on the quote form. YEPHALL does not publish named hotel clients on the site unless Anti authorises a case study with photo release.
Often yes — suites or repeated positions can share a design language with coordinated sizes. Ask for a project quotation; repeatability and lead time depend on the composition.
A 3-year warranty. Warranty scope details are confirmed with your quotation and documents shipped with the piece.
The website states CE (LVD & EMC), RoHS and EU Declaration of Conformity. Treat these as claims to verify per order: ask YEPHALL to attach current certificate files to your quotation. Do not assume a specific test report number until you receive the PDF. Voltage and region readiness should also be confirmed for your market.
