Last updated 3 November 2026. This page explains what yephall.com collects and why.
Enquiries and quote requests: the details you type into the form — such as your name, email, phone, country, company, project type, sizes, message — plus any reference images you upload and the product you asked about.
Newsletter and brochure sign-ups: your email address and where on the site you signed up.
Accounts (optional): your name, email, password (stored only by our authentication provider in hashed form), saved items and your own enquiries.
Site usage: pages viewed, simple on-site events, a random visitor ID stored in your browser, referrer, device and screen type, and an approximate location (country/city and network) looked up from your IP address via ipapi.co. A one-way hash of your IP address is kept with form submissions to stop spam.
To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations, to send the newsletter you asked for (every email has an unsubscribe link), to keep your account working, to understand which pages are useful, and to prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell your information.
Data is stored with our database and hosting providers. Browser storage (localStorage) keeps your saved items and visitor ID on your device.
Enquiries are kept while we may need them for your project and follow-up; newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
To see, correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe, email andy@yephall.com.
