Step 1-Customer inquiry with detail sizes and requirements of lighting composition;

Step 2-YEPHALL sales team will quote detail price based on inquiry;

Step 3-Customer pay deposit for order;

Step 4-YEPHALL design team will make 1:1 3D drawing of the lighting and provide real products sample HD photo and video to customer to confirm;

Step 5-YEPHALL production team will finish production;

Step 6-YEPHALL sales team will send finished products inspection photos and videos before packing;

Step 7-Customer send balance payment, and arrange product shipping.

Lead Time:

The lead time depend on the products detail. As our experience, the manufactural time is about 60-90 working days.
